Left Hand Stranger Pale Ale Beer Review

Stranger Pale Ale
Left Hand Brewing – Longmont, CO
ABV: 5.0%

Chuggability: 7
Have you ever given yourself a Stranger? It’s when you sit on your hand until it goes numb, then walk to the liquor store for a delicious pale ale that’s going to fly down your gullet. This is a good mid – high carbonation beer with a medium body that isn’t too overpowering on any front, so it can be dominated
How Much: 5
Look, I’m not going to say that $11.49 is a lot to spend for a Team Chug Stamped beer, but it is a pale ale, it is only 5.0%, and there are a ton of places where I’d rather spend $11.49. That being said, when I’m in the mood to kick back a few brews in a setting where I need to compose myself, I might look this way again. Check that, I will look this way again

We’re no strangers to Pale Ale’s, and we’re no strangers to Left Hand Brewing (with our favorite so far being Nitro Milk Stout, and rightfully so, that shit is bananas) but not every Pale Ale is the same. This brew stands out with it’s tremendous balance. The hops hit fairly hard, but the malts mellow it all out. You get a hint of spiciness, and the rye stands out but doesn’t dominate your palette. Good brew overall, Stamp it!
Gettability: 8
Year-round in 30 states? Not too shabby my friend, not too shabby
