Brooklyn Brown Ale Beer Review

Brown Ale
Brooklyn Brewing Co. – Brooklyn, NY
ABV: 5.6%

CHUG Rating:
Chuggability: 7
Brooklyn Brown is a fairly light Brown Ale. This went down basically like water. Also, note the tiny glass, you do what you can with cups at restaurants on vacation in Puerto Rico. Don’t judge the small drip, or the miniature glass. Hopefully I made up for it with the dramatic pause
How Much: 5
Not sure…..This was paid for as part of a dinner on vacation. I’ve seen other Brooklyn Brewery offerings go for about $10.50 per 6-pack, so I’ll lump this in with that. I think you can get much better brown ales for $10.50, or maybe a dollar or so more
Uhhh…Taste: 5
Meh, not impressed. Sure, it has the low hoppiness and the higher smoked sweetness you’d expect in a Brown Ale, but it’s kind of watery and thin. Definitely leaves you wishing they included a bit more..
Gettability: 7
This is a year round delivery by Brooklyn Brewery to 24 states. Should be fairly easy to find.

Overall Rating:   6.1

Music: None, just some strangers who happened to be from Boston in the background. I wonder who went to the water park.
